Whether you come for the cabins or the camping, you’re sure to have a great time at Cozy Bay. Our sand lake shore, swimming and play areas, fishing, boat and motor rentals and other activities ensure everyone will have a good time.
Our cabins are modern, clean and furnished with full kitchen facilities and bed linens. Please bring your own bathroom towels and toiletries.
Cabins #2 and #3 can be rented together and accessed as one large 7 bedroom lakefront home.
Cabins #4 and #5 can be rented together and accessed as one large 6 bedroom lakefront home.

ANY credit card purchases at Cozy Bay will incur UP TO a 4% service fee. We do accept checks and cash.

Cozy Bay is a small, quiet, FAMILY resort. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy their stay with us, however, please keep in mind that any loud and/or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Quiet time is 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm / Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Our full season runs from Fishing Opener – September. We do have long-term rentals available in the off season with leases October – April.
During PRIME SEASON, stays run on a Saturday-Saturday schedule. A minimum of a 5 night booking is required. Guests may book: a full 7-night stay from Saturday to Saturday, or a 5- or 6-night stay, provided it falls entirely within a Saturday–Saturday week. ***Please note that the nightly and weekly rates are structured so that 5-, 6-, and 7-night stays are all priced the same.
Shorter stays (2 night minimum) are available EARLY and LATE season, with the exception of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends (3 night minimum). If you are staying only 2 nights, a cleaning fee will be added at the time of your visit.
A DEPOSIT of half down is required to hold your reservation. Please see more info, along with our Cancellation Policy under our “Policies” tab.
All cabins have Central Air except for cabins 6,7, and 8, which have window units in the main areas.
Our rates include a dock space for one boat per cabin. Rates are available for extra boats if needed. Our resort does offer boat rental options as well including a 16’ fishing boat with a motor and a pontoon boat.
Rates include the number of people stated for each cabin. Some cabins do have a higher max occupancy with additional bedspace, or in some cases you would need to bring an air matress/cot and bedding to accomodate (this will be stated in the description). An additional person charge of $25/night or $125/week will be applied for each additional person beyond the number included in the base rate.
***Children 3 and under are free and do not count toward capacity, however please make sure you consider them in your sleeping arrangements.
Visiting Hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Our daily guest fee for cabin guests is $15/adult or $10/children. 3 years and under are free (all guests must check in at front desk as per MN state law).
Cabin 1
Lakefront, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath cabin. Features vaulted ceilings and a 28×10 covered lakefront porch. Sleeps 8 (maximum occupancy of 10 guests).
Pricing is for up to 8 guests, max occupancy is 10 guests.
This cabin most comfortably accomodates 8 people, there are 4 existing beds that can sleep up to 8 people. Up to 2 additional guests could be accomodated in the livingroom if needed. Additional guests would need to provide their own air mattress’/sleeping cots and bedding.

This cabin is on the smaller side and most comfortably accomodates 6 people. This cabin does have limited space for crates/kennels (as required) for your pets.
